Monkey mug

Thursday, November 4th, 2010

Every morning at 11 I have my coffee in the Monkey mug. My friend General D bought me Monkey mug from the car boot sale at Peachcroft farm last year. It is the perfect size for coffee. Sort of half the size of a standard mug. Today I had a milky monkey – filled right up with milk.

Giant custard creams …

Friday, October 1st, 2010

I love a nice custard cream. They remind me of being little and staying with my grandparents in London for weekends. Each morning my grandad would bring us tea in bed, in a cup and saucer and there would always be a custard cream on the side. Those were the days!

Saw this in M&S yesterday and bought it for my neighbour’s birthday. I think I was more excited by it than she was, I may go back today and get myself one. Can’t have enough tins, and better still this one’s full of custard creams…

Grandad would have loved it!

Emily and half a doughnut …

Friday, October 23rd, 2009

Here is Emily, it’s her last day today. She has on her desk a pink doughnut from M&S (well half of one actually …) and a decaf coffee (which she has yet to try). Emily has done lots this week and should be really proud of herself. A designer in the making. Don’t forget to look at her t shirts.

Coffee update … Emily say “Erghhh!”
Daniel added some sugar … still “Erghhh!”.

Bye Emily, good luck for the future!
