It is officially Spring but still feels like winter to me. A good excuse to eat some comforting food. If you like a good pie get yourself down to the the Wessex Pantry. I’ve had a few and they are probably the most delicious in the entire world. Packed to the very brim with tender and tasty fillings. I liked the Venison, and the Steak and Kidney pud was yum yum yummy. If you eat veg with them you feel a bit healthier.

Ron says it looks more like Sylvester Stallone than the sleeping Buhhda’s head it is meant to resemble.

But we think it looks great.

I like the idea of creating something solid. Something that’s not just pixels on a screen. Then gone.

Joe has the bike but not the beard (not yet anyway) and is chomping at the bit.
