Hiphop inspires rubbish rhyme…

Perfume in my hair today.

I sprayed it there cos Amy Arnold says it’s better that way.

But I just got to say.

The smell makes me so sick. I can’t breath. It doesn’t pay.

So this is my advice to you. Stick the fragrance in the places obvious and nothing new.

Yeah it’s just what you got ta do. But if you wanna throw up then put it in your hair too!

Goodbye High Street …

Wednesday, October 19th, 2011

What on earth will we do without the Co op? Here in Bicester it seems like all the shops are closing down, the high street is getting a bit thin on the ground.

We’ve already lost the lovely fruit and veg shop where you could buy flat peaches in the summer and weird and wonderful squashes in the autumn and now the Co op is off, due to close its doors just five weeks before Christmas.

It’s all in stark contrast to the nearby Bicester Village that is also weening out it’s high street names but for different reasons. They want only high end stores, the ones that are quite a bit out of the average persons price range. So while our high street struggles to survive, just a hop and a skip away, there is another extreme and it all feels a bit depressing really. Nobody really needs a designer top but we all need milk and apples.

Rant over… Lauren bought us all Chit Chat Kunky at a knock down price from our soon to be gone local shop. Lovely with a cup of coffee.

Apples in the sky

A sad day. The great innovator and Apple creator Steve Jobs has left us. Bigtop couldn’t have done it without you Steve, and work life wouldn’t have been half as colourful or fun. R.I.P.
